青年女性急性左主干闭塞一例报告

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>患者,女性,31岁,因阵发性心前区不适4d,持续胸痛5h,于2009年5月26日急诊入院。入院前4d于活动及劳累时发生心前区不适和闷痛,每次发作持续3～5min,停止活动或休息后可以缓解。曾到当地医院就诊,检测心电图和血清酶学无异常。于入院当日14时无诱因再发心前区闷痛持
