<正>左心耳(left atrial appendage,LAA)是左心房的附属结构,是心源性血栓的主要来源。近年来,随着介入治疗器械及技术的发展,以及对LAA结构和功能认识的深入,经皮左心耳封堵术(percutaneous closure of left atrial appendage,PCLAA)因在预防心房颤动(房颤)患者血栓栓塞并发症发生中呈现的安全性和有效性而备受青睐~[1-3]。但LAA的形
