应用Ⅲ型血管塞封堵二尖瓣瓣周漏1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,58岁。因"心脏瓣膜置换术后15年,胸闷1月余"入院。患者15年前因"风湿性心脏病,二尖瓣狭窄"行二尖瓣置换术(机械瓣),术后未定期复查。近1个月来感胸闷气短。入院查体:血压131/68 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 k Pa),脉搏62次/min,心界左右扩大,心率95次/min,心律绝对不齐,心前区可闻及人工金属瓣膜音,未闻及明显杂音,双下肢浮肿。
