右冠状动脉起源于左前降支致急性前壁和下壁心肌梗死一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>右冠状动脉起源异常的发生率大约为0.3%～1.3%[1],可起源于右冠窦上缘、升主动脉,亦可为左冠窦,较少见的为冠状动脉左主干以及肺动脉[2-3],起源于左冠状动脉前降支的情况较罕见。到目前为止,国际上文献报道的病例不到30例[1,3-4,9],国内尚未见报道,并且发生急性心肌梗死的病例
