二次经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后严重碘过敏反应一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>患者女,72岁。既往多年2型糖尿病、高血压病史。2012年10月19日因急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死收治入院,行药物治疗,病情平稳。10月21日行冠状动脉造影示:左前降支(LAD)近、中段50%~80%弥漫狭窄,左回旋支(LCX)中段慢性完全闭塞病变(CTO),右冠状动脉中段100%闭塞,可见血栓征象,考虑右冠状动脉为罪犯血管。行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),置入2.75 mm×30 mm Resolute支架1枚(图1),术
