摘要(Abstract)：
<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的并发症主要包括冠状动脉并发症、手术入路血管并发症、器械相关并发症及全身并发症。术者在术前应识别并发症发生的高危人群,做好预防措施;并发症发生后要即时处理,避免更严重后果产生。1 PCI并发症的发生率来自NCDR Cath PCI的数据显示,美国2004年至2007年PCI的死亡率为1.27%,其中ST段抬高
