自制抓捕器套取冠状动脉内断裂导丝1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,53岁,因"反复胸闷6年余"入院。既往高血压病史10年,控制良好,无糖尿病史。1个月前于本院行冠状动脉造影显示:冠状动脉右优势型,左主干未见狭窄,前降支近段狭窄80%,左旋支未见狭窄,右冠状动脉中远段完全闭塞,后三叉可见经间隔支形成左向右侧支循环。于前降支病变处置入1枚药物洗脱支架Excel 3.0 mm×24 mm,择期行冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)。本次入院检查心肌梗死标记
