摘要(Abstract)：

<正>经导管主动脉瓣置入术(transcatheter aortic valve implantation,TAVI)是指将组装好的主动脉瓣经导管置入到主动脉根部,替代原有主动脉瓣,在功能上完成主动脉瓣的置换,故也称经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement,TAVR)。近年来,国际上已趋向于把该技术称为TAVR。自2002年Cribier等[1]实施首例人体TAVR以来,TAVR在欧美国家迅速发展,并相继发布了
