摘要(Abstract)：
在经皮冠状动脉内血管成形术(PTCA)中,16例患者因发生冠状动脉内膜剥离,血管急性闭塞及再狭窄而放置冠状动脉内支架,成功15例,认为冠状动脉内支架可有效地防止PTCA术急性并发症(内膜剥离、夹层形成,血管急性闭塞等)的发生.
