摘要(Abstract)：

经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）已成为存在外科手术禁忌或手术中、高风险的症状性重度主动脉瓣狭窄（AS）患者的一线治疗方案。本文报道1例肝硬化失代偿期合并严重冠状动脉病变的重度AS患者，经心脏团队精准评估后成功行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）联合TAVR“一站式”手术，术后6个月随访预后良好，为临床类似病例的治疗提供了参考。
