经皮超选择性肾上腺动脉栓塞术治疗原发性醛固酮增多症所致年轻高血压1例Super-selective adrenal arterial embolization for the treatment of young hypertension caused by primary aldosteronism:a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
无优势功能分泌侧的双侧肾上腺增生患者由于没有外科手术适应证，且药物治疗不良反应大，依从性差，导致这一部分患者血压控制不佳，预后差，因此亟需为这一部分患者寻找新的治疗方法。本文报道了1例采用经皮超选择性肾上腺动脉栓塞术治疗无优势功能分泌侧的双侧肾上腺增生的原发性醛固酮增多症（原醛症）患者，以期为原醛症的治疗提供新的参考。
