冠状动脉旋磨术联合血管内碎石术治疗超高龄严重钙化病变1例The application of intravscular lithotripsy combined with rotational atherectomy for the treatment of severe coronary calcification in the super-aged: a case report

摘要(Abstract):
1例87岁女性患者因“发作性胸痛4年,再发半个月”入住中国人民解放军总医院第六医学中心,冠状动脉造影提示左前降支重度狭窄伴钙化。在充分评估病变的基础上,冲击波球囊不能达到病变处,使用Rota-lithotripsy策略治疗,获得满意的治疗效果。
