摘要(Abstract)：

1例87岁女性患者因“发作性胸痛4年，再发半个月”入住中国人民解放军总医院第六医学中心，冠状动脉造影提示左前降支重度狭窄伴钙化。在充分评估病变的基础上，冲击波球囊不能达到病变处，使用Rota-lithotripsy策略治疗，获得满意的治疗效果。
