摘要(Abstract)：

<正>冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂及其所导致的血栓形成是急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)发病过程中重要的病理生理基础,也是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后血流缓慢、再灌注无复流及PCI围术期主要不良事件的重要原因。如何完全彻底清除急性血栓成为目前冠状动脉介入治疗需要攻克的一个重要课题。因此,临床实践过程中选择最佳的抗栓器械,既要考虑有充分循证医学证据,又要降低出血风险,增加临床获益,故而不断更新的血栓抽吸是抗栓的一个利器[1-3]。
