摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料病例1患者女,5岁,体重18 kg。出生后8个月发现皮肤发绀,呈进行性加重,伴活动时气促。体检可见中心型发绀及杵状指(趾),胸骨右缘第2~3肋间可闻及3/6级收缩期杂音。静息状态下动脉血氧饱和度为79.8%,动脉血氧分压为48.4 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)。静脉血红蛋白浓度180 g/dl,血细胞比容0.55%,红细胞总数5.95×
