部分性Uh1病一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 患者女,42岁。20余年来出现不明原因的心悸、胸闷乏力、早搏,偶伴昏厥;近10年来逐渐出现浮肿、少尿、气促,半年来症状加重伴腹胀于1992年10月6日入院。查体:血压12/10kPa(90/75mmHg)。巩膜黄染、全身浅表及颈静脉怒张,无紫绀或杵状指。两肺无罗音。心界向左扩大、心音轻、心律不齐、80次/min 左右,未闻及杂音。无奇脉。蛙状腹,肝肋下5cm、质偏硬,
