急性支架内血栓形成伴氯吡格雷低反应一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,60岁。主因"发作性胸憋4月余,加重4 d"于2014年3月14日入山西省心血管病医院就诊。患者2013年11月初于快走、干活、受冷空气刺激、情绪激动时出现胸憋、针刺样痛,伴心悸、气短、出汗、下颌及颈部紧缩感,无头晕、头痛、恶心等,休息或含服"速效救心丸、丹参滴丸"后上述症状缓解,每次持续时间约10 min,未诊治。近一月
