<正>如何诊断心肌梗死一直是临床实践与医学研究面临的挑战。六十年来,各个专业组织一直在努力制订和不断更新心肌梗死的定义,但仍然不能满足目前的临床实践与研究的要求。2018年8月由欧洲心脏病学会(European Society of Cardiology,ESC)、美国心脏病学院(American CollegeofCardiology, ACC)、美国心脏协会(American Heart Association, AHA)和世界心脏联盟(World Heart Federation, WHF)同时发布的《第4版心肌梗死通用定义》(以下简称《新
