逆向导引钢丝技术在慢性完全闭塞病变介入治疗中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>慢性完全闭塞(chronic total occlusion,CTO)病变通常被认为是冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中"最后待以攻克的堡垒"。近年来随着手术器械的不断改进、术者经验和技术的提高,尤其是逆向导引钢丝技术的应用,使CTO-PCI的手术成功率得以显著提高[1-4]。本文将结合中国国情,从实战角度对逆向导引钢丝技术在CTO-PCI中的应用做一论述。一、逆向导引钢丝技术的适应证尽管逆向导引钢丝技术可以进一步提高CTO-PCI的手术成功率,但与正向导引钢丝技术相比,逆向导引钢丝技术的手术时间往往较长,放射剂量和对比剂用量较大[5]。因此,术者必须严格掌握逆向导引钢丝技术的适应证:(1)
