摘要(Abstract)：

<正>随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,主动脉瓣狭窄(aortic stenosis,AS)的发病率越来越高,严重威胁人类健康。AS的传统治疗方法是外科主动脉瓣置换术(surgical aortic valve replacement,SAVR),但外科手术创伤大、风险高,多数高龄患者因心功能较差以及合并其他系统疾病而无法进行外科手术或者外科手术风险较高。对于此类患者,早期可供选择的治疗方案只有单纯药物治疗或经皮主动脉瓣球囊扩张术,
