趋化素样因子2(CKLF2)mRNA在不同发育期大鼠心肌中的表达Expression of chemokine-like factor 2 (CKLF?2) mRNA in rat myocardium at different development phase

摘要(Abstract)：
目的检测趋化素样因子(CKLF2)mRNA在大鼠从胚胎到成年的各个不同时期的表达。方法应用竞争PCR方法,检测CKLF2mRNA在大鼠胚胎12,18d和出生即刻,3,7和21d乳鼠及成年鼠心室肌的表达。结果与成年大鼠相比,胚胎12d大鼠心肌CKLF2mRNA显著高表达,此后下降,出生时降到较低水平,生后有所增高,成年时表达水平最低。结论CKLF2可能参与大鼠胚胎期心肌细胞的增殖过程和出生后心脏发育过程。
