体表心电图对预激征旁道特性与定位的诊断意义

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>近年来,国外对预激综合征的外药物治疗取得了重大进展,特别是射频消融术阻断旁道的成功率与安全性更令人鼓舞.尽管电生理检查是阐明预激征心律失常机制与旁道精确定位的必要手段,但近年来研究发现,体表心电图对旁道特性,部位与有无多支旁道等问题,常可提供重要诊断线索.而体表心电图资料与电生理检查结果相互参照,则可减少漏误提高诊断的正确率,兹就近年文献与个人实践经验,对体表心电图对旁道特性与定位的诊断意义作一简介,以供参考.
