<正>冠状动脉及其主要分支通常行走于心外膜表面的脂肪组织中,但有时其中的某一部分被心肌纤维所覆盖,在心肌内行走一段距离后,又浅出到心肌表面来。覆盖在心肌表面冠状动脉上的心肌束被称为心肌桥,而位于心肌桥下的冠状
