摘要(Abstract)：
<正>2015年10月美国心脏病学会(ACC)/美国心脏协会(AHA)/心血管造影与介入治疗学会(SCAI)对其2011和2013年发表的指南进行了更新,对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者,不建议常规应用血栓抽吸策略(Ⅲ类推荐,A级证据)~([1])。在实际临床复杂工作中,指南并未对何时应
