急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死溶栓治疗专家共识Expert consensus on thrombolytic therapy for ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

摘要(Abstract):
溶栓治疗是急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)最重要的救治措施之一。2018年国内发布了《ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死院前溶栓治疗中国专家共识》,极大地推动和指导了STEMI的院前溶栓策略。近年来,国内外关于STEMI的溶栓治疗策略、溶栓患者的抗血小板、抗凝治疗、溶栓结合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)策略、新冠疫情下再灌注策略等方面涌现了众多研究进展和循证证据。本共识旨在总结近年STEMI溶栓治疗领域的研究进展,并据此编定一套符合我国实际情况、临床指导性强的STEMI溶栓治疗专家共识,以期进一步优化STEMI救治流程和治疗策略,为提高STEMI患者救治成功率、改善患者长期预后做出贡献。
