摘要(Abstract)：
<正>心血管疾病诊治过程中,心功能评价非常重要,是心血管疾病诊断的必要步骤,是心力衰竭诊断和治疗的基础。心功能评价需要结合患者的基础临床疾病、症状、体格检查、生物标记物以及超声心动图、核素、CT、磁共振成像(magnatic resonance imaging,MRI)等影像学方法综合判断。对于部分临床判断困难的患者,还需要使用包括漂浮导管以及左心导
