摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉主支置入支架后边支狭窄通常会加重,斑块移动是主要的机制,严重者甚至导致边支急性闭塞或急性心肌梗死[1]。轻者只有心肌酶的升高,但如果累及的分支较大可以导致死亡。因此,防止边支急性闭塞非常重要。既往的方法是分别在主支和边支放置导丝,边支导丝占据很小空间但足以防止边支闭塞,造影时边支仍然显影,这使术者有足够的时间将导丝从支架穿到边支,避免边支完全闭塞[2]。但是
