摘要(Abstract)：
本文观察了23例二尖瓣狭窄患者二尖瓣球囊成形术(PBMV)前后血浆心钠素(ANF)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AII)、血管加压素(VP)和内源性类洋地黄因子(EDLF)浓度的动态变化.术前ANF和EDLF均高于正常,而AII低于正常;术后15分钟随左房压的下降,ANF迅速下降(164.9±156.8ng/L,与术前比较P<0.01),VP则显著升高(9.6±2.5ng/L,与术前比P
