摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,42岁。因"发作性心前区不适15 d"于2015年11月23日入首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院心内五科。既往高血压病史2年,陈旧性脑梗死1年。入院查体无显著阳性发现。入院实验室检查示:超敏肌钙蛋白I0.79 ng/ml。心电图示:窦性心律,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、a VF、V7~V9导联病理性Q波、T波双向、倒置。超声心动图示:左心室侧后壁
