摘要(Abstract)：

<正>左主干病变约占冠心病患者的4%～6%,根据有无通畅桥血管或侧支循环保护,分为有保护和无保护左主干病变(unprotected left main coronary disease,ULMCD)。由于特殊的解剖位置,ULMCD一直被认为是冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)的绝对适应证,但随着介入技术提高、介入器械改良及辅助药物日臻完善,ULMCD介入治疗成功率及中远期疗效得到极大改善。美国心脏病学会基金会/美国心脏协会/美国心血管造影
